Photo Odyssey is an unconventional approach to team and leadership development using customizable photo prompts and team challenges. At the conclusion, teams share their experiences with the group through creative and engaging presentations. Facilitators judge the photos and challenge scores to select a winning team. Prizes can be provided at an additional cost.

How it Works

Introduction: Begin with an energizing activity, divide into teams and receive an overview of the challenge. (10-20 min)

Photo Odyssey: Head out to find creative places to complete the photo and other team challenges. (2 hours)

Presentation Creation: Upload your photos and prepare a creative, entertaining presentation of your odyssey. (20 min)

Presentations and Debrief: Present your Photo Odyssey, which will be judged for creativity. Winning teams are announced followed by a discussion about decision-making points, leadership, communication strengths and struggles. (15-45 min)
