Suzanne believes individuals work at their best when they experience the value of their personal contributions and recognize the impact they have on the team. As an experiential facilitator and program manager, she creates programs grounded in this philosophy. Suzanne helps people feel safe while stretched and excited while thoughtful. She is present and intuitive with her clients, laughing with them, working through their frustrations, and celebrating their successes.
As coordinator for the Kohler Experiential Learning Center, Mary has played a role in creating some of our programs and facilitated many Team Cuisine and Vino Challenge events. She finds the diversity of working with different groups and the variety of tasks her job demands to be a perfect fit for her personality.
Stephan C. Proudman
President of The Proudman Group, Inc., an organizational development consulting firm, and adjunct faculty member in the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee Executive MBA program, Stephen brings more than 25 years of experience as facilitator, coach, consultant, trainer and writer to his role as a facilitator. He has been a part of the Kohler Experiential Learning Center since its inception.
With a background that includes various leadership positions within Kohler Co., Theresa understands the importance of training all employees to deeply understand a brand and how their contributions matter to an organization. She facilitates many of our assessment programs including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, FIRO-B® and Emotional Intelligence.
