Team Activities

Our facilitator-led programs are ideal for creating a stronger, cohesive team through participating in fun, engaging and challenging experiences.

Using a variety of methods, including collaborative activities, interactive exercises, role plays and group discussions, the Kohler Experiential Learning Center facilitators guide participants through the best team practices for the optimal team experience. We encourage teams to commit to applying the principles they learn to the daily challenges faced in the workplace.

Our programs focus on the following critical team skills and competencies:

The following programs are offered through the Kohler Experiential Learning Center:

FIRO-B	2 hour workshop
Myers Briggs Team Experience	4 or 8 hour workshop
Supply Chain Game	4 hour game
Rescue Simulations	3 to 4 hour workshop
Snap! Decision Simulation	3-hour simulation

Program size: 10-100 participants
Program length: Various lengths, depending on the group's objectives.

The Kohler Experiential Learning Center package fees include:

A variety of program lengths from 3 hours to half and full day workshops
