Situational Leadership ii
Organizations need strong, yet flexible leaders in order to accomplish more with fewer resources. This course is designed to increase the frequency and quality of conversations between managers and employees about performance. Managers learn how to develop employees’ competence and commitment in order to retain talented workers. This two-day workshop uses discussion, assessment, case study and strategizing to teach managers how to identify employees’ needs and tailor their management style to each situation.
