The Pavilion emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is critical to leadership, learning and organizational performance. The highly active, brain-based experiential workshop includes two days of exploring development of emotional intelligence to influence team effectiveness. Participants learn the most current research on the brain, emotions, behavior and learning and to enrich their toolbox of teaching and training techniques.
