This role-playing simulation gives participants an opportunity to experience how the patterns we create affect results. Teams are given an opportunity to take risks in a safe, consequence-free environment and are presented with multiple tests as they work towards success. The Kohler Experiential Learning Center will work with your team to help participants learn about the impact of their decisions, how to apply structure to decision-making, and the importance of working in a collaborative environment.
