Manager

Theresa Lindstrom is the Manager of the Kohler Experiential Learning Center which is part of the Kohler Co.’s Learning Academy. She received an Associates degree in Marketing from Lakeshore Technical College and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from Lakeland College.

Theresa has 10 years of leadership experience holding various leadership positions within the Kohler Company Kitchen and Bath Supply Chain Customer Service Organization. She has been instrumental in developing individual contributors, who service both wholesale and retail business channels. She also served as a mentor to new leaders joining the organization to understand the importance of the KOHLER Brand.

Theresa is an active member of the Sheboygan Area Chamber of Commerce, Sheboygan Area Training and Development as well as the Milwaukee OD Community of Practice. Her interests include cooking, traveling, scrapbooking, and volunteering at a local hospital.
