Diane Kelly is the Senior Manager of Kohler Co.'s Kohler Learning Academy and of the Kohler Experiential Learning Center. She received a bachelor's in communications and a master's in curriculum and instruction and telecommunications from Southern Illinois University.

Diane has 19 years of experience as a learning professional in the corporate environment. She has been instrumental at Kohler Co. in developing and leading the global corporate university to develop the company's learning curriculum and align it with the business's strategic goals.

Before coming to Kohler Co., Diane worked with McDonald's Corporation, Convergys and Arthur Andersen & Co. developing global professional education programs. Her expertise is in adult learning theory, curriculum management, instructional design and development of interactive training programs.

Diane is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development and the International Society for Performance Improvement. Her interests include hiking, cooking, traveling, snowshoeing and working with not-for-profit organizations that work to eliminate hunger.
